i like the first one..
just my opinion - im simple though - i would love it w/o the empire waist band going across the dress..
i tried a dress on like that and fell in love - the bottom is just sooo beautiful...

The first dress is Casablanca 1836, Fall Collection 2006. Second dress is a Lady Roi 8388.
I love how elegant the first one is. It simmers and is so lightweight, important for a small gal like me. :D
