We plan on booking with Duet. TJ and Jay are both already booked on our date.
Who would you reccomend out: Alberto, Sam, or Nick?

We chose Sam. We don't have our proofs back yet, but he was so great on the day of and we loved our Epics! You will be more than happy with whichever photog you choose!

We booked Sam. All of their books were gorgeous but that was our favorite! We have our engagement pics with him next week!

TJ and Jay are booked on my day too.
I have gone back and forth between Alberto and Sam about 5 times. On the website, I like Alberto's pics better. I did not like Sam's. Then I went to their office, and I thought Sam's book blew away everyone else's. But, how do I know which is a better representation of their work? So I asked Eric what the differences are, and he said that all photogs are trained in the same styles, and when you create your Bridal Canvas, it lets them know what you want.
He also said that one of the plusses of Alberto is that he takes more pictures- about 300 more. My friend who came with me said 'Well, it's quality, not quantity.' And Eric said, yes, that's true, but with photography, the more pictures you take, the more chances you have at getting incredible pictures.
Since I left that meeting, I STILL can't make up my mind. I liked Sam's album SO MUCH better, but then why don't I like his website pics??? I am traumatized.

Do a search for Alberto and Sam and you should be able to see some of the girls' photos from both photographers and you can see what you like best.

but i was on the fence between jay and sam. so i guess if i was you i would choose sam.

Thanks for the input! I really love all their work, but I've been leaning towards Alberto from the beginning. I'll probably end up booking with him.

you wont be dissapointed with any of them... We used nick and love the way our e pics came out

I booked with TJ but Sam was my second choice......I dont think there is even a bad choice in the bunch.

I booked with Sam - I agree - his book was AMAZING. That's what I'm going on. You basically tell them what you like/don't like so Sam can customize it for you. I felt good about it. But agree with all the other LIW ladies - it seems like everyone loves them - no matter who the photog is. They just seem to be a class act. Good luck. :) Try not to get so worked up about it. Sometimes you just need to say, ok, I'm going with this and move onto the next thing. Doesn't seem like you can go wrong....all their photogs get great reviews so go with your gut and just move onto the next thing.

we used Jay..but i've seen amazing pictures from all the photographers at duet!!!!!!! honestly i dont think i've ever seen a terrible picture from them... i've seen a lot of amazing pics from alberto and sam. haven't seen too many by nick...but i'd say whoever u go with is probably gonna be amazing!!!!!!!
