Which Entree do you prefer? w/ POLL

Which entree do you / your FH prefer to eat?

Filet Mignon or Chateau Briand?

I had the Chateau Briand at my tasting and it was delicious, and I heard the Filet Mignon from my hall can be dried out, but someone told me that the halls prefer you to get Chateau Briand because they use and serve fattier cuts of meat??

Please vote on which one you prefer to eat!!!

Thanks in advance!!!!!!!

I am a big steak eater and I personally do not care for Filet Mignon. It's too small and has always tasted dried out to me, no matter where I've eaten it.

Oh, I forgot to say, filet mignon, definitely.

I got my hall to switch from chateau briand to the filet mignon medallion.

I chose filet mignon, but then again, I'm not a big steak eater.

Is it possible for you to taste the filet? If you loved the other one, I would be tempted to stick with it. Just because it is filet mignon doesn't necessarily mean it is better IMO.

I would choose Filet Mignon over Chateau Briand but I would choose Chateau Briand over Prime Rib. Then again, I am happy with a Big Mac so who am I to say...
