Which entree do you / your FH prefer to eat?

Filet Mignon or Chateau Briand?

I had the Chateau Briand at my tasting and it was delicious, and I heard the Filet Mignon from my hall can be dried out, but someone told me that the halls prefer you to get Chateau Briand because they use and serve fattier cuts of meat??

Please vote on which one you prefer to eat!!!

Chateau Briand is slices of Filet Mignon. I personally prefer CB because it is not served a slab on meat on a plate. The best part of the Chateau Briand is the bernaise sauce that is placed on top.

Filet Mignon. BUT, if you have heard many negatives about the Filet Mignon, go with what you are more comfortable with. If it puts you at ease on your wedding day, go with the Chateau Briand.
