Which fish?

Ok, I don't eat much fish so I am really bad at this. Which would you recommend?

I'm not a huge fish eater, but I LOVE salmon! IMO, it's a fish that more people like. at least, from my experience.

I hate fish, but FFIL is a BIG fish eater and he thought we should go for the salmon when the time came to pick the menu, so we're probably doing that.

I love sole but because of the onions I picked the salmon.

I like Sole better. Maybe I've never had good Salmon, but it's always dry.
