I'll be honest, I didn't get through it all either before I posted it!!! But one of the questions disturbed me...the one where people would rather be with someone miserable than be happy... I can't imagine choosing misery over happiness just to not be alone. JMO

That same question bothered me too.
It is funny because I had a single friend tell me that just recently and it really upset me. She said she would want to marry someone to have a family with and having children would make her happy so it wouldn't matter if her husband didn't. She is a successful, attractive woman with lots going for her but feels she just need to find someone to marry. She has never really been in a real relationship (she doesn't open her self to love or even casual dating) so I attributed part of it to that but still it was sad to hear. I tried to tell her the wrong person to spend your life with affect her life and happiness in life more than she realizes it. But she was just like it is better than being alone. It was disturbing to hear.

I was always the single girl in my group of friends. I'd date a guy for 3 months, he would make me miserable and I'd dump him. It was a pattern for about 4 years until I met FH. I told an aquaintance, when asking me why I had dumped my latest boyfriend, that I don't need anyone to make me miserable, when I can be very happy alone, why would I choose misery over happiness? and that person thought I had come up with this great *wisdom* from above or something! Besides, no one can be happy w/ someone else unless they're happy with themselves. I hope your friend realizes the mistake she'll make if she chooses that path. Very disturbing.

Thanks for posting this. At first I thought it was just a silly quiz, but some of those questions were really thought provoking believe it or not.
