which picture for thank yous?

*ETA (thanks Kitty ): Keep in mind that we are not sending this as a wallet picture for everyone. This is simply the picture on the front of the thank you card.

the traditional one...

or

the pretty one...

In this case, I like the 'traditional' one...The one of you walking on the beach is beautiful but you can not see either of your faces...

Why not do a 'greeting card' with the closeup on the front & then the beach one on the back

Or

Do the card with the beach picture in the front of the card & insert a wallet size of the close up

I know you may not what to do what everyone else does but this is your thank you that will be going to all ages, put in peoples wallets, etc. I vote for the traditional. I hate it (and my mom & MIL do to) when you receive thank yous without showing their face.

I think pic #2 is great for a photo to hang up or in your album

Well i doubt that people will put it in their wallet. This isn't a picture that i'm putting in the thank you card. This is the picture i'm putting on the front of the thank you card.

Well.....I had the same problem. But I think in the end...number 1 is the best...people like to show their TY to coworkers and friends and people like to see how beautiful you guys lookled that day.

If there were only someway you could send both...

I like the pretty one, I don't like really posed pictures - but your posed one is still pretty and you don't look all stiff or anything, so if you like the 'traditional one' you can't go wrong!

I vote pretty, cause it's pretty and different and interesting to look at. And chances are if they were close enough to you and dh to be at the wedding they know what you look like already!

I voted for the traditional, but after looking in your album I found one that I think is a little bit of both. It's on the beach walking, but everone will be able to see you! This one is gorgeous!!!
