Which picture should I use as my sign in board?

Which picture should I use as my sign in board?

I get to have a picture blown up for my wedding and I was wondering which one I should use. I dont want to use any of my fossil ones, even though I love them, they dont fit into my theme.

I am torn between these 3....what do you think?

I love the second and third. I think the second though because it would have the most space for signing (If you are doing the non-mat sign on the picture)

If you're having them sign on the mat part then three :)
