Which skincare do you use?

Which skincare do you use?

I usually buy department store brands, but we are looking to cut back. Can anyone recommend drugstore brands that work well. I have sensitive skin.

Thanks so much.

Cetaphil is my favorite -- it's definitely available at CVS and similar places. I have combination skin, and since I started using Cetaphil, my skin is even -- not too oily, not too dry. (I have Valentinegirl to thank for my love of Cetaphil, btw -- she recommended it on the boards a while ago!)

ETA: I believe there's a Cetaphil specially formulated for sensitive skin, too.

Estee Lauder make a liquid moisturizer, which you apply just like you would an astringent or toner. The amazing thing is, it compleletly liquid, it has no trace of oil in it whatsoever, but amazingly does moisturize! I've never seen anything like this before.

Although this is not something you can buy at a drugstore and it is a bit on the expensive side, it works so well.

ooh- that's sounds great. Cetaphil also has a moisturizer, but I haven't tried it.
Yes, cetaphil removes makeup. You can use it on a cottn ball without water, too.

I used it for a while but switiched to something stronger,(Neutragena anti wrinmkle, anti blemish cleanser with salycilic acid & alpha hydroxy acids) which worked, but dried out my skin & the sun in the Carribean made it worse, so I switched back & so far so good, and I just use that new Clearisil 3 spot treatment lotion on pimples when I need it. I may use the Neutragnea stuff once a week or so, for exfoliation help, but every day was too much.
Especially now that it's colder & I'm not so oily.
