Which veil do you think? w pics

I'm undecided on a veil. I want ivory to match the dress but can't decide on a length, any length.

My family loves long mantilla style of veils. I like them all so I haven't been able to decide.

i'd go with a fingertip veil so that it ends right above where the lace detailing begins on the back of the dress

Thanks! I love this look. would you suggest a thick trim to continue the pattern of the chantilly design of the layers or a tinner trim all around OR a thick trim at the back matching the lace and have it gradually get thinner around my face?

I love the short birdcage also.

I voted fingertip mantilla. I love long mantilla too but I didn't want the back of my dress, which was detailed w/ lace toward the end, to get covered up. By the looks of your dress, and how your personal style is, you could go either way. But I'm biased because that is how mine was and I loved it!

or any other suggestions?

I have no idea where to find a bridcage one to try on though. has anyone seen any around??

I voted for fingertip mantilla! No good reason - it is just my personal preference for the type of dress you have - but any of these would be STUNNING!!!

Thank you soo much I love this. it's so exciting!!

I took a pic with an ivory veil my sister bought in Italy. It's double layer so I would make it single layer fingertip, but the color and thickness of the band in the back would be perfect if I decide to go with mantilla.

Should I just alter this one?

i personally think the ribbon edged one looks best, but you might want to try a rolled edge one too.

i dont think the mantilla looks right with your dress, they are 2 different styles...

Love the one on the mannequin and the rolled satin edge one....I would hate for you to hide the bottom of your dress at all, it's gorgeous! Good luck!

Yeah I like it too, and I hate long veils for myself, but I think I might go for that.

I think its silk though, but not illusion, illusion lays lighter on the face that veil would lay heavy on the face and make you look weird if you wear over your head.
