I think our RH was the easiest as we loved the place before we even went, loved it more when we saw it and knew what price we wanted and got it.
Flowers were also easy as we loved Jenn at verbena.
Toughest was officiant- we called a few and they were booked or too much $$ and even asked people we knew but due to two diff faiths we encoutnered some probs but then met Pastor April and loved her.
i think dresses - mine and BM will ultimately be toughest decision of all

Most Difficult was RH (We checked out so many places)...I have to agree with you....Swan Club is a beautiful place too...it definitely was on top of our list. I saw Jordana, one of their BM's the other day, and she couldn't have been nicer...I was shocked she remembered us....very impressive.
Medium was Florist....it took us a while to decide....but like you...we went with Jen from Verbena and couldn't be happier.
Easy decisions were officiant (Captain Arnold), DJ, and most of all...photographer/videographer. Limos were pretty easy too because we wanted an Excalibur and only a couple of companies will allow it to go out after the reception.
P.S. I'm concerned with dresses too...BTW...love the group pic.

our toughest was our RH...we both wanted Flowerfield but was outta our price range soo we were kinda setteling for the next thing ...but then a miracle happen and my date opened up and we got a steal
the easiest was the DJ...tommy tunes love them
and so was photo

the easiest was the photographer. i knew i wanted to use Duet and i just loved them.
the toughest was the church. i wanted to get married at the same church as my sister but it was booked already. we tried a couple of other churches and finally feel in love with my church.

The toughest was photographer. We both loved 12th Night and Duet. We were sitting at Duet talking about this and the FH said it was totally my call. I chose Duet and I couldn't be happier with my decision
The easiest was probably DJ. We saw a few before FM Entertainment and with their reputation I knew I was going to like them. By the end of the showcase, I turned to the FH and was like 'I love them!' and he was like 'okay let's book!'.

Hardest RH Easiest- Dj, Flowers, video, photography but I have to say the hardest for me outof everything was finding the dress!!!!

Easiest: RH Toughest: Photog, and picking a color for my BMs!!! I'm sure when i look my dress will be difficult too.... just starting to look for DJ and florist, so we shall see!

Easiest was Duet, our photographer. Even before we had our rh, I knew I was using Duet since I loved my sister's wedding pics.
Hardest is the dj since we still havent chosen one!

it hasn't been easy making any of the decisions once i found a few vendors i liked. i think limos will be the easiest bc i don't care that much.

So far, The hardest was definately our RH. We looked at 30 places and it took us almost a year. We even decided on a destination wedding at one point. We had a very tight budget and a small minimum.
The easiest was probably our officiant. Once we met Pastor April we just knew that we wanted to have her marry us. We both loved her immediately.

Easiest was our RH. Even though we look at about 20 places, I knew in my heart I wanted it at the Fox Hollow.
Hardest was definately the DJ. We looked at 10 DJ's before I made my final decision. I'm afraid I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to entertainment.
