DJ, MC, or/and band members, Photographer, Videographer, wedding planner and that's all I can think of off the top of my head. Some places have a buffet set up in the kitchen or such that's why vendors are usually half price.

DJ/Band, Photographer, Videographer and anyone taking care of extra's (ex., photo booth).
They can eat wherever you want. Sometimes they set up a table towards the back of your room for the vendors or at times they eat in the cocktail hour room if it's available.
Normally they don't go in the kitchen to eat.
Each hall is different, sometimes they set out a buffet (aka leftovers) and at times the waiters come around and ask which entree they would like. Just like a reg. guest.

A lot of bands suggest you do not feed their members. All the ones i met with said not to feed them.

any one there the day of all day...video, photo, dj, etc....they usually set up a small table for them off to the side

At my reception hall if the Vendor is a house vendor I do not pay for them at all if they are not i only pay 1/2 price for them so I luck out becuase my photographer/videographer are all recommended from the hall I only have to pay for my DJ's not soo bad. Im not sure where they eat though good question I have to check with my hall.

photo, video , dj and DOC all ate at our wedding. There was a table set up for them to eat at! If it were up to me they woul have sat with FH and i because they were so fantastic!

You have to check w/ your RH. My RH gives the vendors food for free.
