Trying to finalize my list and I feel like I've gotta be forgetting ...

I am curious who you have on your list so far. I think its the DJ/band, photographer/videographer, ummm thats it right?

they all get meals.....I fed the DJ and his assistant, 2 photographers (no video)

My band told me they are there to work and will not need to eat, woo hoo, 8 less people to feed : )

Before we booked everyone we asked and a few places said that they do not want us to pay for them to eat, just allow them into the cocktail hour and that is fine. I would call them and ask before you spend the money

1 photographer and 1 asst
1 d.j
1 mc
and 3 dudes the d.j brought with them that just drank and ate and did nothing all night that i didnt know about untill the night of

I fed the photographer/video graphers and the band. The band did say they don't have to eat. But, I fed them anyways.

I dont think I have to feed the keyboardist because he is only there for the cocktail hour and ceremony.
