I say these because they are the most genaric, though for pasta I would be willing to go for #1. I just know alot of people that do not like mushrooms at all.

Everyone liks fruit, and it is good for you.

As for salad, as long as it is the normal lettuce, you can't go wrong. Not saying that I would not eat any of the others, but since I have been planning my wedding, all I hear about it how people don't like this and that. And FHs family, some of them, can be very picky.

3. Cold Antipasto
Our own fresh roasted pepper salad, asparagus, Portobello mushroom, imported Italian cheeses, homemade bocconcini, sweet soppressata, hot dry Italian sausage, imported green & black olives and garlic crustini

2. Alla Vodka - A bechamel prepared by blending a freshly simmered tomato sauce with cream and flambeing with vodka

i was just at a wedding at Russo's and the Insalata Caprese was delicious!!

I wasn't crazy about the vodka sauce or the dressing on the salad but I don't know which salad it was...it wasn't casear!

Anitpasto Rustica- think slightly different than the mozz and tomato they serve everywhere- and I think the fresh riccotta would be a nice change of pace.

Filleta Di Pomodoro- lets face it- a la vodka is EVERYWHERE- I think pasta is at it's best w. a light tomato sauce and TONS of basil

Tri-Color salad- that is my FAVORITE salad of all times- ALWAYS order it when I go to little italy- and Caesar gets funky w. the dressing when it sits.

Anyway you go at Russo's will be outstanding though. I love the cold antipasto and mesculin salad.

Pasta Ala Vodka
Mesculun Salad

All of them sound absolutely delicious. My choices are based on my personal preferences because of TRYING to watch my waistline.
