Which would you choose and why??

Appetizer choices

1. Antipasto Rustico
Marinated roasted peppers, artichokes and fresh basil accompanied by a delightful bruschetta and garlic crustini topped with fresh ricotta cheese


2. Seafood Salad
A selection of calamari, scungilli, polpo and baby shrimp prepared as a cold salad marinated with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and fresh spices, then garnished with a sliced lemon, frisle and cultivated mussels.

3. Cold Antipasto
Our own fresh roasted pepper salad, asparagus, Portobello mushroom, imported Italian cheeses, homemade bocconcini, sweet soppressata, hot dry Italian sausage, imported green & black olives and garlic crustini

4. Melon & Fruit
Sliced honeydew, cantaloupe and fresh cut fruit salad consisting of apples, oranges and grapes garnished with kiwi, strawberry and pineapple beautifully presented


4.Insalata Caprese
Marinated sliced tomatoes with fresh homemade mozzarella and basil accompanied by red and yellow roasted pepper salad dressed with aged balsamic vinegar

5. Melon and Prosciutto
Ripe honeydew melon slices dressed with Prosciutto DiParma and garnished with lemon and fresh spearmint


Pasta choices

1. Filetto Di Pomodoro - A light, flavorful tomato sauce prepared with imported Italian plum tomatoes, sauteed onion, imported Prosciutto di Parma and pancetta

2. Alla Vodka - A bechamel prepared by blending a freshly simmered tomato sauce with cream and flambeing with vodka


3. Marinara - The traditional Neopolitan style pasta sauce

3. Meat Sauce - Made with chopped beef, veal, pork and imported Italian plum tomatoes

Appetizer number 4 cuz I'm picky and it's the only one I'd actually eat

Pasta number 2 cuz I love it!

Salad number 1 or 5 cuz they are the ones most commonly eaten... and I hate 'fancy' lettuce!

This is coming from a VERY picky eater!!

Such great descriiptions! It all sounds delicious! I would choose because they seem to be able to appeal to different people. Not everyone likes calamari!

I just had my E-party there yesterday..so i will tell you what i picked and everyone had good things to say
we did #3 for appetizer, #1 for pasta (really good) and instead of salad we chose the intermezzo. i was against it at first but you have to remember that russo's really gives you a lot of food so by the time you get to the salad most people are sooooooo full. so we picked the intermezzo and i could not believe what a hit it made. It was melon and lemon and orange sorbet (i think) and it came in a tall martini glass and each one had a different color orchid on it. everyone loved it!!!!!! the orchids were such a nice touch. i am just telling you from my experience yesterday....don't rule out the intermezzo just yet!!!!

Tri Color Salad (even though caesar is my favorite, not everyone likes it, and i think the tri color salad will bring color to the meal)

my fh's cousin is getting married there... she said they are giving them a choice of 11 entrees!!! and not the bride and groom.. the guests!! her father said are you nuts?? by the time they finish reading it to you, you wont even remeber any and everyone will just order the last one

I thought that was really cool though.
