I would get the cosmetic bag and maybe put a few things in it for them , lip gloss nail file etc....

I like them both. They are very pretty, but I would probably prefer the cosmetic bag, I can use it more..

At first I was thinking the make up bag, but then I thought of two things. A)I already have about 5 make up bags, one of which I actually use. B)All of my make up bags end up getting kinda dirty from the make up, and the jewelry roll would last longer!

I'd go with the jewelry roll (JMO!)

Jewelry roll. After a while, the makeup bags get dingy and I throw them out. I still have a jewelry roll I got over ten years ago as a gift, and it still reminds me of the person who gave it to me. I mainly use it when I travel.
