We are thinking of doing a fun raffle instead of having them take the centerpieces (they are included with the hall and don't know if they can be taken)
So we are going to raffle a bottle of wine per table (in place of the centerpiece) BUT we are gonna do 1 grand prize basket ... SO would you prefer a basket of wine (white & red) OR a basket of liquor (rum,vodka,tequilla) ?
Just so you know the baskets will be filled with other little trinkets that go with the wine or liquor ... wine will have glasses,cheese & crackers,wine opener etc .. the liquor basket will have shot glasses and other things that relate ....

I LOVE red wine, but I would want the Liquor basket just because it seems more fun. But you can't go wrong with either one.

Me personally I would probably prefer the liquor basket because I LOVE tequilla...but my guess is that the majority of people would probably prefer the wine basket.
P.S. That's such a great idea!!!!!!!

Thanks .. I actually have to give my FH all the credit .. he thought of this .. he is very much into the planning .. he wants the guests to walk away saying WOW not that it was just another wedding ...
He is the best thank goodness he is very much into the planning
UPDATE - FH has a twist to the liquor basket .. he is gonna have a little basket filled with mini bottles so the person thinks they are getting that but then he is gonna hand them the real basket with the full size bottles .. he thinks it will be a cute little joke ...

thanks everyone for your opinions ... today FI and I went to AC Moore and got baskets for our theme (they were having a good sale on them)
