Did you cry, scream, jump up and down? Tell us!!! How many Dresses did you try on before finding it?
I had gone to about 3 diff bridal shops (not in the same day) and tried on about 15-17 dresses total.. Then I found my dress! At first I saw it on the hanger and was unsure about it but I kept an open mind and tried it on since they say to try on everything lol... In the dressing room (no mirrors) I was like wow this is sparkly and then we went out I got on the platform in front of the mirror and she let the dress go and layed down the train... I knew immediatley! My face lit up I had butterflies and when I got to see the train it was a done deal! It def helped that My Mom & Gawf were crying and saying thats the one!

Re: While Im on the topic of dresses...
I saw a photo of it online. I thought it was beautiful but being a plus size bride figured it wouldn't look good on me. I had printed out 6 or so gowns I wanted to try and 2 I loved but one was cheap and looked it. I think 'the one' was the 4th I tried, again not feeling hopeful and as soon as I walked out and saw the look on my mom's face and my MOH that it was special. I turned around to look at myself and smiled ear to ear. The sample was 2 sized smaller so I had to visualize it and mine came in and it's PERFECT. Here's the photo I first saw. It's ivory with pearl and crystal beading at the dropped waist and from there to the knees under the tulle little ruffles
i got butterflies in my stomach, and saw the expression on my nana's face!! that's how I knew

I had gone somewhere to try on a dress for my mom that I had fallen in love with in DC...and tried on another dress by the same designer. Mom, sister, AND FH were all in tears. That's how I knew!
