I got proofed about 10 months ago.
I was 32 at the time....

I looked at the bouncer like.. 'What are you thinking? I'm older than you are!'

I get proofed EVERYWHERE! I am 29 and almost everyone who has ever guessed at my age says 22-23 max...I look very young, and I know it so I dont mind, but sometimes it's annoying when they scrutinize the freaking ID...yes it's me and yes I'm 29!

one time, i tried to get into a bar and they guy would NOT believe it was my ID....he asked me all sorts of questions, verified my height, and finally, took out a pad of paper, and made me SIGN MY NAME to check my signature!!! I was shocked...and all of my firneds were laughing at me......I know I look young, but come on!!!

Not me. I lost my ID in my wallet, and I go out every saturday night to clubs. I only noticed it at the bank. I have no clue when I lost it-it gets so little action.

I got proofed buying a scratch off!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just went to 7-11 to buy my DH scratch offs for our anniversary (to put in his card) and I got proofed too! I smiled really big as I handed him my lisence and he actually kept looking down at the lisence and then back up at me to make sure it was me!

Oh, the best was last month I went away with my sister and her family (she has two kids -- one who just turned 7 and one who is 3.) I sat next to the 7 year old on the plane and the flight attendant gave me plastic wings (the sticker to put on your clothes) and said, 'Be sure to share with your little sister, hon!' I couldn't believe it! I'm going on 29! Meanwhile, my sister knew that the flight attendant knew she was her mom, so she was livid!

I get proofed for drinks and lotto all the time. I'm 6 months pregnant and the other day when I bought a Mega Millions ticket the guy asked me for ID. I would think the baby and the wedding band would at least put me over 18.
