Whirlpool Duet Front Loading Washing Machine

Does anyone have it??

I am interested in it, but it is expensive, I am not sure if it is worth it??

I only becasme interested when the sales men said 817, for the set, but I think I misunderstood him, because the washer is 100o and the dryer is 800. I went back last night ans he wasn't there to verify, but happened to speak to the owner and he said there is no way.

I don't have those but I think they are SOOO cool looking.. Todd and I looked at them the other day and those are the ones I def want if and when we need new ones.. and 817 for both?!?! that's sick!!!!

There is no way that could be the right price, when I went back to Plessers, the original guy was not there, and they said the lowest they could give it to me for was 1500.

I like that they are quieter, since they will be on the second floor right across from a bedroom, and they use alot less water compared to top loaders.

1500 for both doesn't sound outrageous.. I always think about hte commercial with the little boy and the dog lol Have you checked out epininions.com?

Ive heard the front loaders are better in many ways but I dont have one.

When we need a new one, we will probably get the front loading ones.

I checked www.epinions.com and there were 18 of 20 great reviews. I think we might just go for it!! I am so scared to spend so much money on appliances.

Just that top loaders are around 900 for a set, seems like a big difference, and when I told my mom the price she was like, that is so expensive!!!

DH and I looked at those too but they wouldn't fit in our space (our washer/dryer is under the kitchen counter). You can wash 16 pairs of jeans in there! There are so many types of cycles...I don't think you'd ever have to handwash again!!

I have a Whirlpool front loading Dryer, and I luv it. It's the one with the stainless steel backing where the knobs are. I always had a top loading washer. The front loading ones are pretty cool.

I would go for it! My sister herself is sitting by her current washer/dryer to see if they can dye soon enough so she can get those front loaders. I have only heard great things! :)

DH and I have the LG frontloaders washer and dryer. I really love it. Everything comes out so clean and it's really gentle on clothes. And it uses so much less water and you can use less detergent. I hear the whirlpool ones are great, they were just too much $$ for us.
