I'm not wearing white, I'm wearing Ivory, but only because it looks better against my skin tone than stark white... Don't want to look like Casper

I get the same questions too from a few people. My dress is white with color accents, but I still consider it a white dress. I have seen Red and Pink dresses but do not know anyone who has had any color dress (main color) other than an ivory, white or some shade of those two.

This will be my first marriage & I am wearing what Impressions calls 'Gold' . It is more of a champagne color, which looks flattering for my skin tone. My girlfriend wore a dress that had a slight pink hue to it. My advice, wear what makes you feel beautiful!

I wore ivory just because I liked how it looked with my complexion better than white.

I wore ivory because I am naturally much darker than my irish husband and I diidnt want to even look darker in August nxt to him in pictures. Somethimes its bizarre how different we look in pictres next to eachother bc I make him look really pale.

and it was my first marriage and iI am young (25)

I am wearing white and I have kids and people ask me if i am I laugh and say of course I am the bride.

But yes Ivory, Antique, Champaign these are all colors alot of girls are wearing these days!

i have to be honest sometimes in pictures the ivory dresses look a bit dirty next to a man's white shirt !

well thats why he should wear an ivory shirt too lol

my dress was ivory which i also didnt even think about before i went dress shopping, i thought ok white lol. But every designer is different and most ivory dresses look like what we consider white. THey showed me white in my designer and it was VERY stark white, and depending on your complexion can make you look very pale, so also consider that. See which is best for you. ALSO another thing is the detail on your dress and how it shows up on white or on ivory. They showed me a similar dress in white and how it made the details look and then also one in ivory and how the details looked, and i liked the detail on the dress alot more against the ivory, it popped a little more.

To me my dress if i saw it and nobody told me, i would think it was white, so again not all designers make a yellow-ish ivory

im wearing ivory, simply because well i seem to get lost in white. I tried a dress on in white n then in ivory n it was like wearing 2 totally differnt dresses... So yeah i always dreamed of wearing white but when it came down to it i choice ivory cause well i looked best in it!@ HTH
