My mom swears you are supposed to wear white to your shower. By 'supposed to' I can only assume this was some kind of old school tradition, or italian thing she believes is standard.
Ive not only never seen anyone wear white to their shower, but i never even heard of it? I know alot of people do white for the RD, but shower?
Help me shut her down, or shut myself up!!!
ETA: dont get me wrong, i love white and i am down to wear it.. but is it weird?

I think its kinda cute for the bride to wear white at the shower but totally not necessary

I'm not too much help since I've never been to a shower and am not having one, but I say wear what you feel best in! If that's being in white, I think that's totally appropriate since the bride - or if it's red, go for that also :)

I've only been to one bridal shower where the bride wore white and changed into a different dress -- and she was a LIW bride.

I want to wear white to my shower, I hope. I have been eyeing a specific dress.
I am not sure about tradition though, b/c I have never been to one that the bride to be has been in white.

Sexface you will look AMAZINGLY Sexified in anything you wear! Its your shower so wear what you want to.. but I know many brides that wore white to their showers
