I was told by 2 bridal consultants that Ivory is the new trend for bridal dress's.. any thoughts???

I went with ivory because I looked kinda sick in the white one. I'm just too pale. One of my BMs is black and she was able to wear a white dress and it looked so amazing on her. She liked it better than ivory. It really depends on your skin tone and what looks most flattering.

Yea me too...when the lady at Lilette told me it was Ivory I was actually pretty surprised...it looked white to me...oh well I love it anyway!!! HERES A PIC...You tell me what color you think it is....

I think it's more preference and how you look in the dress. I don't know if it's a 'trend' as much as it's just becoming more common. I'm using white because that's just what I picture myself wearing on my wedding day.

I was told I can't wear white.......Because I am too pastey white!!!!! at first i was upset that a white dress didnt look good on me, but i like my dress in ivory better anyway

I think as long as you love it the color doesnt matter.....either will look great. Just depends what goes better with your skin tone.

mine is white..but its really personal preference..and on some skin tones ivory looks better! it also kind of depends on the material..my dress is in silk (so it almost looks ivory, less white than a different material)
