Me too. I had no idea it was ivory when I initially tried it on.

Me three. You couldn't tell. There was another bride in the shop and my mom was talking to her and asked if she went with white or ivory and she said 'white, like hers' (pointing to me) an dthe dress I has on was actually ivory. It just went better with my coloring.

I was convinced mine was white and was all panicky that I chose ivory flowers with pinks to match my room's decor....then she told me it was ivory...I STILL can't believe it's called ivory, but hey, noone will even know!

I wore ivory and champagne, it was best with my skin color. Several of the bridal shops I visited said the designer usually sells the sample in the color that it is best in, and that you should buy the color of the dress that you try it on so there are no surprises later on.

It's really a matter of personal choice!

Yea me too...when the lady at Lilette told me it was Ivory I was actually pretty surprised...it looked white to me...oh well I love it anyway!!! HERES A PIC...You tell me what color you think it is....

thats gorgeous!!! it looks diamond white kinda-- mine is the same color, not WHITE not really ivory!

I thought my dress was white, but the tag says ivory! it's really light, but I was surprised that it didn't look terrible on me, because I NEVER wear white, it reeeeally washes out pale skin, the ivory brings out some color, I guess.

I agree its what you looks best on you. My dress is champagne colored--and this is my first and only wedding--the 'white' is no longer your only choice--go with what looks best on you! and anyway, you will be the only one with that color--so its not really going to be noticable if its ivory or white--there will be nothing to compare it to-
