White Tuxes

I was wondering if anyone had or was thinking of having the boys wear white tuxes. I think would be something different and look nice in the summer. Any pictures would be great.

My friend had her husband in a white jacket and black pants and tie. At first I was dubious but it ended up looking really fabulous. Very old hollywood glamour.

I'm actually doing a black and white wedding where I wanted my FH to wear the white, but he tried it on and no only will it not look right up against my white dress, but he looked washed out. However, it depends on what your colors are going to be. You may want to have them try a white jacket on to see how it looks. The pictures we saw it looked incredible until he tried it on, but that doesn't mean your guys will look the same. I'm just suggested to actually try them on along with seeing the pictures. We are using Dante Zeller across from the Source Mall. They are great. They ordered in a white tux just so he could try it on before making a decision. Hope I don't sound rude, but I just wanted to let you know of my experience. Good Luck and let me know how it turns out!

Jola's husband wore white and looked VERY sharp in it. You should FM her. She has a lot of pictures.

I hate white tuxes personally unless the skin tone is darker. An alternative could be a black jacket and pant, but have everything else white - shirt, tie, vest/cumber. They usually end up taking off the jacket anyway.

The Donald had this at his wedding to Melania, and he looked fantastic (evenw/the hair.)

I'm a BIG fan of the white tuxedo jack. I think its so elegant--but I'd have your FH try it on before deciding. I know mine was dead set against it, so I let him have his way--he hasn't asked for much!
