Has anyone ordered from this site I ordered jewelry from there about three weeks ago and have received nothing. I e-mailed them last week but have not heard from them. I ordered hair pins from them... don't remember exactly how long it took for them to come in, but it definitely wasn't more than 3 weeks - I'd say it was under 2 weeks. Maybe the item you ordered wasn't immediately available?

I didn't actually order from them, but I almost got favors from there. I remember feeling very uncomfortable ordering online, so I called and spoke to the owner, Rebecca. I was impressed. this is their whole business....they want you to be happy. Go on the site, get the phone number, and call her to express your concerns and find out the status. Definitely call....the phone number is on the site. i know that when they fill the orders, they also take into consideration your wedding date....if its not for a while, they will give brides getting married in March or April presedence over a bride getting married at a later date.

I just saw that your date is in June....it should be on its way....call Rebecca for your peice of mind! They are very reputable; I know a lot of brides on here have used them. Good Luck

I ordered from them last year my bouquet jewels for the BM and just recently I bought another for my Jr. BM, they were fast the 1st time around I placed the order this weekend. I say if you haven't gotten anything in 3 weeks definitely call maybe your stuff is on backorder?
