I attended the bridal show yesterday at the marriot and I have to say I was not impressed. Can anyone recommend a photographer and a videographer that has the best quality and most options for a reasonable and affordable amount of money......

I used Duet and i rave about them all the time i loved them and i trust them. They didn't miss a beat i have over 1,200 pics from that day and i can't believe how great they all are. Any questions FM me.

Patken was great and very reasonably priced.

What was your approx. price for Patken. My friend was quoted $7,000 for a video/photo package. Isn't that expensive? I'm still going to check them out since my hall reccomends them and I've heard they are the best, but not sure if I can afford them.

i am using Artistic Images. They are not a vendor on here. They are in Bohemia. He does alot of business by word of mouth. Our friend had him for their wedding and they live in fl and had the wedding up here. Since he does not do a lot of advertising, we were pleasently surprised to see him. FH was in the wedding party and said he was great to work with.

Videographer - Bellarino
Photographer - Marcy Studio
Both of them were great to work with and were very reasonably priced.

We are using B rett M atthews, who we love! Also, check out Silverfox, they're excellent too.

UPDATED: We used BM and would NOT recommend them.

We booked Kevin through Patken. I do not have my contract in front of me so I'm not sure what our total charge was and/or everything included in our package. I have heard a lot of negative things about Patken as far as disorganization is concered, but, Pat and Kens son, Doug, has since taken over the family business and feedback has become very positive.

That's what they originally quoted us also...but you can tell them what your budget is and they can help you work within it.
