Do I need to refrigerate lemon bars after I cooked them???

They'll set at room temp, just make sure you dont seal them up until they're completely cooled.

i would think so....not positive though. From what i saw on google i think it is suggested.

I would refrigerate them after they come to room temp.

I always keep mine in a cool cabinet in a sealed container. I find that they get a weird sugary consistancy when I put them in the fridge.
