We are using 2 55 passenger buses to take our guests from the church to the reception and back home again. We went with Classic Transportion. There website is classictrans.com. Hope this helps.

Harran - 1 55 passenger bus for $825. They were the cheapest we found. 2 pick up and drop off locations.

We are using our limo company Royalty they are giving us a 14 passenger van from hotel to reception & then another van from reception to hotel. It cost us $300. We also figure if we get drop off at the Watermill we can have our 18 passenger limo make a trip too. They will make as many trips as they have to. If we need more transportation the hotel will call a cab service.

We are using Alert Buses. Their price is the best we found and they were very professional. We are getting a 49 passenger coach bus for TWO trips from hotel to reception (4pm for family & 5pm for guests) and then TWO trips back at the end of the evening (midnight) for $750,

We are considering a 40 pass limobuss for the whole BP and families and out of town guests to all stay together and that limobus could do runs from a parking lot around the block from our church to the church since it will probably be cold! the BP can take pics in the meantime...We haven't priced this but I think we are going to use Royalty. (heck, haven't even booked the church yet but we are 85% there) *crosses fingers*
