We used Rexcraft, they are online. We were really happy with them, they are fast, have a good selection and great prices.

I used Birchcraft. I went to my dad's friend who owns a printing place in Syoset. His prices were fair, he uses the books, so whatever the books say that's what he charged, but you don't have to worry about shipping or anything and he had a huge selection of Wedding Invitations. I forget his name but, I would try any printing shop. If I remember his name, I will post it later.

We used Laura from LA Productions...she is great to work with and we got beautiful Encore invitations cheaper than anywhere else.
