I have an appointment in a few weeks and I heard its very hit or miss in terms of having a good consultant work with you. I have heard alot of raves about Audrey so I may request her but I was wondering if anyone here has any recommendations?

I went to Kleinfelds when I first got engaged and Audrey was my bridal person. She was really nice and very down to earth and not pushy at all. She was very mother-like. I wound up not buying anything but I was overall pretty happy with my experience there.

I worked with Margaret and she was awesome! She looked me up and down, took a look at the pics I brought of dresses I liked and brought me 3 dresses. I picked the 2nd one! She's just that good!!!!

I worked with her as well and I picked the 2nd dress that she brought me too! I would highly recommend her!

i haven't gone there yet but my good friend's sister just went and really recommends debbie. she said the same things about her you girls said about margaret...she looked her up and down and everything she brought her she really liked. she said she really 'got' her and knew what she liked. good luck!

Wow, I had no idea so many people worked with Margaret but I think there are 2 Margarets?!?- I did too and she was sooo motherly and patient. She was very intuitive about what I wanted after seeing my photos of our ceremony location in Italy. She even took my arm to 'stroll' along the international dress designers and let me look at dresses that are normally closed off. Besides for helping me choose between a-lines and ballgowns, she DEFINITELY impressed me when she told me *WHY* I liked the gown I did. Then my little doggie was allowed to perform her over 40 tricks on the bride's pedestal for everyone to see hehe and they ooh and ahhed, and I was able to take numerous pics. It was a great experience all around and I felt like royalty!
I also worked with Nicole later when I went back and she was great too. I honestly think that Kleinfeld works better with self-assured, confident brides but they will sometimes try to get you higher than your price range if it is not as high (that happened to my friend.) My dress budget even jumped from $2000 to $6000 + hehe 'magically' but it was so right. Good luck to ya and let us know how it goes!
