Who is supposed to be tipped? I think my limo has gratuity included, but my RH has a maitre d fee which I'm assuming is the tip - I just want to make sure I don't leave out anyone.

-limo if u feel u should (i dont think they need it because it's included)
-Makeup & hair
-DJ
-Photographer
-Videographer
-any special musicians(ie: trumpeteers, harpist etc)
-Maitre'D...usually anywhere from 3-5dollars pp
i think i covered it...hopefully i'm not missing anyone lol - it's ridiculous how much money is thrown around!!!

We tipped the limo driver, flower delivery guy, the two people who assisted us at the reception, photographer, videographer and any assists they had, and how much we asked the vendor before hand what was appropiate and if we were satisfied with there work on the wedding then thats what we gave.
