Who do you tip and how much??

Hi Everyone - Trying to get a handle on tipping for my wedding - who do you need to tip and how much??

Photographer?
Videographer? (even if it's the same company)
Bartenders and/or Waiters?
Limos?
DJ?
Catering Hall Host??
Hair & Makeup person??

I don't know if I'm missing anything, but can someone provide some feedback on this. I hope we don't have to tip everyone - that's a lot of tipping!!
