I keep loosing weight, I guess w/ all the planning and stuff I am always busy. Anyone else have this happen to them and cant help it?

I am losing weight, but then again that could be becasue I am on a diet. But the stress of planning is defintly going to make me lose weight. I was talking to my FH's cousin who just got done with her son's bar mitzfah(I had no idea those things are so extravagant, it a wedding with no bride and groom) and she lost 10 lbs in 1 week from the stress.

That happen to me with all the running around and stress. Also about 2 months prior to the wedding we were taking ballroom and latin dance classes twice a week in the evenings in preparation for our first dance.
Now at 7 months after the wedding, since I've been less active, I've put back all the weight I lost which is a bit upsetting as I bought new clothes that are too snug now.

Damn I wish I was losing weight like crazy!! 10 lbs in one week would be awesome .. LOL!
I don't think I'm stressed enough yet .. (which is a good thing.. ) I'm still 6 mos away .. but I haven't known a bride yet that hasn't lost some weight in the month or so b/f her wedding .. you are just too nervous to eat! I think its perfectly normal.
I'm losing, but it's because of teh diet, not beacsue of teh stress. If anything, I am eatignmore because of it!

I dropped about 8lbs which wasen't good but luckily my final fitting was the week of my wedding so everything with my dress was pefect. I had a friend who did her fittings a month early and she lost alot of weight espeically in her boob area and her dress was falling off of her!

My dress was falling off my boobs!! Too funny. I am eating as much as I can. I am glad to hear others felt the same way!

I lost about 12 lbs with all the running around... my seamstress had to take in the dress yet again, just 2 weeks b4 the wedding... (i probably gained it all back with the holidays and everything!! )

You girls dont even know how much better I feel as you are responding. I though I was loosing it. I hope I gain it back soon so I dont need to re-alter my dress.

I did. My dress was a liitle loose on the day of the wedding. It fit perfectly about 1 week before. Try to eat, especially if you have a strapless.

The lady at Kleinfelds said that most woman lose weight right before their wedding from added stress and that even when your sleeping your burning more calories than you otherwise would. You should try to have you last dress fitting as colse to the wedding date as possible.

I lost a ton of weight before the wedding, I dont know if it was stress or the low carb thing or wokring out, but I got down to 120 pounds..I was a very happy girl!!!! But I gained 6 pounds on the honeymoon, lost 3 since Ive been back. My wieght can change like the weather, its scary!

i lost! although i was trying to so i was happy about it. but the lady who is doing alterations on my dress was a little annoyed when she saw how big it was on me

I did due to all the stress, frustration from wedding plans, work and moving in together. I loss about 2-5 lbs. when I order my dress about a year ago. Luckily, I fit into my dress perfectly like I was ment to wear it.
