Who else went to the beach today?

We played tennis

no tanning for me this summer - i dont want tan lines!

i enjoyed the day with my niece nephew and puppy though! and we are having a bbq in a little bit

i wish I was able to go...but FH and I had so many errands to run, and today is my moms bday so we spent the day (still here) with my family....
So another summer went by with not a minute spent at the beach!
I dont even like the beach, i just like to go for a few hours( and I mean as in like 2 or less lol ) just to get some color...

No i just went tanning on saturday lol...today i am the laziest person, i shouldve taken advantage of the sales to buy a dress for an upcoming wedding and i didnt. when i finally said ok ill get ready in 30 mins, in those 30 mins i DL'ed photoshop CS3 and now im here playing around with it lol.

I dohave to get ready soon bc Fh should be back from Maryland soon and i have to go drop off some things and see him of course...Actually wait, hes probably going to hit so much traffic coming back so i probably have time

We're not beach people. We're so pale we're almost clear....so we can spend 15 minutes in the sun and be burnt to a crisp. FH is at work though - so i've been here....

I hear ya. Since I was in 2 BP's this summer, I wore a strapless sports bra thing with my bathing suit bottoms...everyone loved it though! That worked for the dresses I wore. However, last week and today I wore a bathing suit I bought last season and now have tan lines. I have until July to get rid of them though. My concern today was looking bronze for my first day back to work tomorrow lol. Enjoy your BBQ!

LOL I know, I'm the same way. About two years though, I started to worry about using baby oil, like I always did, and started using SOME SPF. I KNOW the sun is bad for me...being olive-skinned isn't easy and I know you'll understand what I mean. I don't really burn easily. I can sit in the sun for hours and come home golden brown. I LOVE that this happens, but feel like my skin absorbs way too much sun! So, I use Hawaiian Tropic SPF 4: Dark Tanning Lotion now, which has the BEST coconut smell to it and really does make me golden brown! Anyways, I am tanorexic but now practice some precaution..you do the same too missy! lol Do you fake and bake during the winter too?

It really was. I went to a private beach here on the island (well, not really private, but only Town of North Hempstead people can go there) and it was packed! I can only imagine what Jones looked like.

I always use at least SPF 15 on my face and on my body I use Banana Boat SPF 4. Speaking of BEST smell...I bought this awesome smelling tanning oil in Italy...Bilboa Sun Oil Vanilla Sweet.
It's the best...it tans you quicker and it's a dry oil so the sand does not stick to you.
I go tanning around the beginning of April.

yeah i am wearing strapless in nov for jenn's wedding and my skin holds a tan FOREVER!!! lol so i wanted to make sure i was good this summer with the no tanning - which is so hard bc i am totally tanorexic! lol

next summer though. . . watch out! I am going to baby oil it up and make up for lost time
