Do you also give to Aunts or Great Aunts? What about Godmothers?
His sisters aren't in the bridal party, would you give them corsages too?
What about the readers and the singer? All of whom are close family friends.

We're just doing mothers. Neither of us have grandmothers that will be present. Sisters/aunts/godmothers etc are all being excluded.

we gave:
Moms-nosegays grandmother-corsage Readers(were male) but if they were female-they would have a corsage
I dont like my godmother-so I did not get her a corsage...I wish I would have gotten my aunt but I didnt because I didnt want to cause hard feelings with the godmother- BUT I should not have cared because she didnt come to the church anyway
OK that was more than you needed to know lol- I would get anyone you feel is special and you would like to stand out a bit from the rest

if you have a godmother, i could see that, but i'd stop there.

We're doing moms and grandmothers. We're also getting a smaller corsage for FH's aunt. He's pretty close with her and both of his grandmothers have passed.

I think it is up to you. We're doing: Our mothers, grandmothers and his aunt (not by blood, but she pretty much raised my FH). I don't think we're going to do our aunts cause then that gets to be too much - but I dont thinjk there is like a right or wrong way with this one.

we are doing: both our moms, grandmas and my aunt - i only have one aunt that isnt in italy. . . he has way too many aunts so just mine gets one!
if i had no budget - i would also do readers, my sister . .. lol pretty much everyone in my family! but i have to stop somewhere!

FH's sisters are doing readings so we will get them corsages and their husbands boutinieres. The brothers will get bouts too.
I have one aunt and one great aunt. FH's has two aunts and one Godmother.His family expressed a desire to have the aunts and the Godmothers have corsages. I initially said no but now I am wondering if I made the right decision. It would mean 5 extra corsages. WHat do you think?

we did both moms and both godmothers. both set of our grandparents are deceased so obviously we didnt need any there. readers didnt get corsages but we gave them macys gift cards to show our appreciation.

I think you can give them to whomever you want. we're doing moms, grandmoms and sister in laws that are not in the wedding, as well as bout's for brothers not in the wedding

I am doing:
mom is not getting corsage... carrying a small bouquet... forget what they call it, but it's very tiny with about two flowers. 2 dads 2 god mothers 1 grandpa (sadly, no other grandparents left) 1 organist and 2 cantors (because they are my friends)
May also give corsages for readers and Eucharistic ministers but haven't decided yet...probably will as they are participating in my Mass.
