Hey everyone! I'm starting to think about gifts for bridal party, parents etc. Who exactly gets a gift? Obviously bridal party, but what about parents? My parents are paying for the wedding and FH's parents are not paying for anything. Do we need to get them a gift?

Traditionally both sets of parents get gifts, but you should do what you feel is best. If you want to go the extra mile to thank your parents for paying for the wedding, you could send them on a trip or something special aside from the expected parent album. For his parents, maybe grab one of those groupons that always pops up and get one special picture of the wedding blown up, or just go with an inexpensive album you put together on shutterfly. Even if they're not paying for it, it would be nice to at least recognize them for any emotional support they give you/FH (hopefully, anyway!)
I have no idea what to get for my own parents because they're also paying for *everything*, but at least from me I think I'm going to get some cute but probably small things from etsy & make his parents an album.
neither of our parents are paying for anything. we got them both nice gifts as a thank you for supporting us through the years.
We are giving our parents albums even though they are not paying for a lot of our wedding.
We are doing albums on our own for our parents. We are buying gifts for the bridal party. I believe if you are getting married in a church and have readers they receive a small gift as well.
