How is it structured if you do get them...can you chose how to take your hours?

We have 3 sites. If I stay at one site, I get to work 8-3! Thats the request I put in, so, hopefully I will get it! The other sites my hours would be 730-430.

We have flex hours anyway, so we have to add a half hour on at the begging or end of your day ( iIwork 9-5, so I make it 9-5:30. But I could do 8:30 to 5) If I want & then we can leave at 1 on Friday.

At my last job I could. I would work an extra hour each day and have every other Friday off. I LOVED that.

my husband does. he just gets off early on fridays. i have a friend who also has summer hours. she has fridays off.

Our summer hours are 8-4 with a half hour lunch.

We get off an hour early on Fridays. It's not much and doesn't make up for the 8 hours a week extra during tax season, but I'll take it.

I leave at 3 on Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day!

Wish I did, but I don't. There are even weekends, which stink in the summer. No one is there! I can see why we don't have them though--I work at a public library, so who is going to operate the place?

We have what are called Flex Fridays - work 40 hours and then you're done.
So, you can put in 4 10 hour days (real easy in my line of business) and then take Friday off, or you can work 4 9 hour days and come in for 4 hours on Friday.
It isnt really monitored though, and most of the time people will just work a few hours from home on Friday if necessary.

I work at a local college and my summer hours are: starting in June Mon-Fri 9-4 starting July 1st, 9-4 Mon-Thurs. so I get Fridays off all summer!!! Its the best!!!
ETA: My paycheck always stays the same!! So, they pretty much pay me for 12 hours a week that I am not there!!!
