Flower girl usually goes right before the bride, dropping petals for her to walk on. As for the bridesmaids, I don't think I have ever seen it in height order, I did it basically by how close they were to me, like I had friends first then family members in my bridal party, nearest and dearest were closer to me, even though they were all special!!

Flowergirls definitely go before the ringbearer. Then bridesmaid goes goest first depending on how close they are to you.
Those bridesmaids closet to you will go later... ie, MOH should be the last one.
