I wasn't going to come in but I had to do a report that was due today. So, I am leaving at 12.

...Looks like I am leaving at 2. My Dad drove me today (Don't make fun of me) And, I have to wait for FH to pick me up. He is done with work at 2. So I have you girls to keep me entertained

im going into work shortly and my car does not to well at all in the snow.. im actually a bit afraid. my dad said the roads are a lot better now, but my car stinks and even the tinyest bit of snow or ice and it looses control

at work, in the city...can't wait for the commute home glad the lirr is adding extra trains btw 2-4pm, as i wont be taking mine til 5:53!! yuck

I'm at work but i live in NC so it's all just rain here so I think not coming in wouldn't have went over well

I live in Lindenhurst, and work in Mineola......I wasn't going to come in but I did. I made a deal with FH, that if I lost control going to the SSP that I'd turn around and stay home.
Well it was bad but I took it slow and made it.......
Half of the office came in, and our boss isn't even coming in today

So anyone who isn't a teacher(cause you guys are already off today Lucky!!!) did anyone office close????? Or are you at work as we speak???

Yay i Live in lindenhurst toooooo

I just got home from work. I get to the office at 9:05 to see the door locked. I looked through the mail slot and it was pitch black. So I wait a few minutes and still no one is there! Now I'm thinking that the office is closed and no one told me so I'm getting pissed. Then I remember that I have the office mgr's phone # so I call her and she says the office is open and she'll be there in 10 minutes. One other person then comes in and we are standing and waiting and waiting. OM calls me and says shes in bumper to bumper traffic and not moving but to hang tight. No one else comes in until 10am and finally we were let into the office.

But, the attorneys brought in DD coffee and donuts and we got to leave at 3 so it wasn't half bad.

i was at work for a few hours today..im the boss pretty much, so it was fine! and i live 3 min. away from work

but i have to go to work tonight at the bar...which i am NOT looking forward to.

I had to go to work. I work at an after school OST program which is open during winter and spring recess. I woke @ 6:30am callled my boss an hr later and was told we were open. We had only 13 kids in the program today, I was so bored, but I got to play kick ball.
