I didn't really have anything in mine, but I inherited my Grandmother's Lane cedar chest, the one Pop Pop gave her as a wedding gift!!!! Mary MOB

It is my dream to have one. FH and i promised we would make one after we finish the basement. We made fsil a rocking chair before she had the baby and it came out amazing so I know we can do this..
And i feel like it would be so amazing to make it, and pass it down to our children you know?

Yes, that would be lovely, hon!!!!! I hope you show us pics of your house when you're finished!!!!!! My DH and I have remodeled too. It's a hard job, but the results are great!!!!! Mary MOB

Not at all! I think its so beautiful!
I so cherish all the things I've inherited from my Grandmother!!!!! I'd like to get wall display cabinets/with glass doors, and put in one, pics of my Grandmother, including her baby picture, along with her metal baby cup, and perhaps her old timey apron, a piece of her jewelry, and one of her handkerchiefs. Did you girls know that some ladys make things out of antique hankies? Mary MOB
