Im not but am a teacher and I know of a few teaching fellows that work in my school. I continued with it and one decided on working somewhere else since she wanted to work part time. The teacher that still works on my school completed the courses and loves it now! If you want, I can ask her more stuff.

FH went through the application process and got a call back but since he majored in something different (TV & Film, haha) he wasn't as qualified as the others applying for the science positions. We went to the info session they held at a high school in the Bronx and it was a great presentation, told you so much about the program and it made ME want to become a teacher, haha (still considering it for someday). They have new and old teaching fellows share their experiences and stuff and it is great, if they have one of these 'open house' events definitely go. It's a great program, a lot depends on the school you eventually work at, but the mentoring aspect is great (something FH did not get when he started teaching last year and def. could have used). I applied for it and was granted an interview a few years ago, but was unable to attend the interview because I got sick :(
