Jess: I'm going to Macy's in Manhasset tomorrow. The reason that I'm going there is because it always looks nice and calm and there are not too many people. I hate being in crowded stores. They're also having a Demetrios trunk show tomorrow. I also want to go to RK bridal and Flowerama (a girl that I go to law school with works there part time).

endlessluv - you should try the Bridal Suite in Centereach if you dont find anything in Macys. They are GREAT there.

I ordered it yesterday!! WOOHOO--I wound up going with the dress in candlelight white! It's beautiful!! I'm sooooo excited! one more thing off the list! Thanks Jess for the good wishes! Karen-thank you for the advice on the bridal center in centereach! I wish I could've tried on more dresses! I tried on 3 and found the one!!! LOL

i am not getting married until dec 04 2004 and already have my dress. i found it in one of the european magazines and thought i could only buy it in italy. but i found that one store in manhattan carries it. the designer is la sposa di gio. i love it

I am getting married Dec 3, 2004 and plan on shopping one yr prior. They say it only takes 8-10 months to come in... It all depends on who you are dealing with. Everyone out there has a different story. I want to wait to see if any new stlyes come out and also don't want to get sized any sooner than possible... Got some weight to loose before Dec '04
