I do too but only because my job deals with them and they are idiots .. annoy me so much ... just wanted to say you aren't the only one

I LOATHE them. a. They charge for EVERYTHING b. They have the WORST customer service c. They don't CARE if you stay or go.

Oh nooooooooooo! I love them! Well, at least they are 1000x times better than our old bank here in Maryland, Chevy Chase Bank Now that's a BAD bank.

I have bank of america and dont have any problems. Any fees other then ATM I call and speak to them about and they fix it. I have made so much money off of them on the keep the changee program. Even if you are going to change banks try to get some fees back from them.

I think every bank has their problems... Citibank took FH off all of our accounts and now they won't put him back on unless he comes in...

I had a problem with them and with Chase when I tried to pay off my car loan by transferring the balance to my new BOA credit card.
Chase said they never got the payment from BOA even though they had already sent me my title and a letter saying the lein was satisfied.
No one at either place wanted to help me. Chase wanted the cancelled check. But BOA said it was never cashed, so there was no cancelled check. Meanwhile, I'm getting nastygrams from Chase that I'm late on payments and that my credit is being affected.
I spent a week calling every day, trying to get resolutions. FINALLY I got one person (a supervisor) to conference all of us in and fix it. I wrote her a glowing letter and sent it to her and her manager.
I paid off the credit card as soon as possible and promptly cancelled all my accounts with both institutions.
I then got a BankOne credit card and a Fleet bank account.
And guess what? BankOne was bought by Chase and Fleet was bought by BOA. So I'm right back where I started.
