I was about to answer until I realized that i'm not in grad school anymore...since I just graduated this year. hahahaha....i still think i'm a student all the time, even though I work!

I am in grad school at Adelphi. I think I will be done in May 2009 but I am not sure. I am taking 1 credit in Spring 08 because I don't want to really take anything the month I am getting married so I thought a 1 credit course would be enough. I am not overloading myself in grad school because I did in my 2 year school and undergrad. I am taking my time now but I think I should be done May 2009.

I'm doubling up so that I can graduate a month before we get married. We'll get married and when I go back to work that September, I'll be a newlywed, newly-tenured AND done with school! I'll have a WHOLE new life!

Ohh i graduated from Hunter (undergrad) what are you doing your masters in?

Elementary Ed. It's convenient for me to get to from my office.

My friends are doing that program and they LOVE it!

Ugh, Grad school is my life right now...I'm rarely on here because of it. This week is my last week for the summer semester until the end of august when the fall starts. I have just completed my first year and have one more to go...I am actually getting married before I finish so I have to come back to classes next summer the weekend after my wedding and postpone my honeymoon until aug. I'm going for my masters in speech langauge pathology.

I am! I go to StonyBrook...School of Professional Development...basically I will have a Master's in Liberal Arts! I teach elementary school and I already have general ed and special ed and I wasn't into teaching reading...so I figured what the heck? I'll go for Liberal Arts!

I just finished one master this may. I'm going back in sept for another one. I'm going to touro. I hope it will only take 2yrs.

I am supposedly starting this Fall at Hofstra for my Masters in Early Childhood/Special Education

Jenise- what are you getting your masters in at Touro. I dont think I even took Touro into consideration when looking at schools....I mean Hofstra is going to cost me an arm and a leg

I'm going to St Johns. I have 21credits left to complete towards my PhD! (in addition to comps and my dissertation)

I rushed to do as much as I could when I first started the program but now I'm taking my time with it and only taking 3 credits a semester.

Haha i dont get NYU. all the buildings and offices. I think I need to do a run through before school starts I feel like an undergrad freshman all over again!

NYU is a lot more intimidating than it looks. I did my undergrad there and by the first week, I felt right at home.

im getting my masters in literacy..im doing a program through nysut and touro (cheaper then even queens college)

here are the list of grad programs they have... the literacy program u can take classes either in the city or long island...i think the elementary ed program is just in the city im not sure tho

try taking summer/winter session classes...i was able to finish in 2yrs....i couldnt be happier to finish!! although now i work there...just couldnt get away lol best of luck!
