I live in a very kid friendly area. We had about 40 kids. They were all so cute. I love the little babies in the costumes.

I am here-- was out today with my mom to look at MOB dresses.. waste of a day!! Trick or Treaters only come to our building between 6 and 8.. but we did not sign up to have them come cause we did not want to have candy in the house- and we had no clue how many we would even get..

I find that living in the city-- halloween fades a little in the background. I like to see all those cute little kids though.

I think we were hoping it would be more -- since we live in a young family friendly part of town....there are loads of little kids around.

there are a lot of families here too.. but my building is mostly studios, all the corner apts are 1BRs, then they are a couple 2BRs.. mostly it is young people, and young couples.. so, a couple babies.. I have not seen any kids in and out of our building at all tdoay..

Where are you? UWS? That's the most family friendly hood I can think of..

Downtown -- when I lived UES though we had a sign in where you could list if you wanted local folks to come. None of that here.

Also, they started having them go to events at local schools and community centers.

we dont get them either because before halloween the building collects money for a party for the kids...

I'm on the UWS and there are tons of cute kids out on the streets! They're mostly going tostores and stuff though. We won't get any here in our building though, as it is all studios and the door is locked.

Hey ladies....

We actually went to FIL house - there was a parade in town, and we got a lot of the parade traffic.

I was kind of surprised how many kids don't say trick or treat or thanks. They knock - some even got little attitudes if we were slow - They were cute though.
