I take an ambien half when I have to fly

I've been taking a complete Ambien. Does nothing to help keep me asleep. It makes you drowsy, but that is not my problem. I did explain that to my doctor (I just think doctors don't listen)

I think I might try melatonin again. It takes a few days to adjust to though.
I haven't heard anything about the GTG moving somewhere else. Everyone is still more than welcome here if that works. Otherwise, someone just let me know!

Never tried it, but if they rule out sleep apnea on Sunday - I might pick some up. I need to find out if I can take OTC meds if I go to a sleep clinic

I'm on a BM dress internet hunt. I can't seem to find a style that will look good on VERY different body types. UGH, this sucks...

Wow, you guys are moving so fast, I can barely keep up...

I got my gown last month. It was the second one I tried on, and I just knew! I went in with an open mind, and I knew more what I didn't want then what I did. We went to Klienfelds, and the people that work there are amazing. They know exactly what they were doing, and only brought me dresses that would look good on my body type. The entire experience was wonderful. I paid more than I wanted to, but it's worth it!

its not addictive - but it helps

How many nights did you take it for? I have used it many times in the past, but it usually takes 3 or 4 days to adjust in your system and then - bang! I've more been looking for a 'quick' fix. Someone actually mentioned xanax

I don't have one...I suck, I know.

I've tried everywhere to find it, and no luck. TO be honest, I'm not even sure of the designer, I think it's someone that designs exclusively for Klienfelds...the day was so crazy, I completely forgot to ask...my recept just has a # code in the designer spot.
