You had to see people....JcPenney gives out these little snow globe things when you walk in the door - people were attacking the guy like he was giving away a million dollars!! And then women were stuffing them into their pocket and then going back up to him pretending like they never got theirs - it was just so ridiculous!!

I've never gone shopping on black friday, it doesn't sound like a good day to do it. The parking lot at work is packed! b/c we are next to a best buy, their parking lot is so full that people are parking here!

WOW....we hit Kohl's at 6am and then Target (which was empty) and besides for Kohl's being a little crowded and the lines being insanely long, people were quite pleasant (I guess it's a Southern thing). I made out pretty good, almost done actually!

I had a happy and funny ending to my JCPenney bracelet situation...
I went to return it and as I was approaching the counter, this guy was standing there looking forlorn as the sale's lady told him there was no more bracelets in the store. They would have another shipment in a few days but the price would be jacked up to $345 (for that P.O.C???). Anyway, I said to him 'Hey, are you looking for the $149 bracelet?' and he was like 'YES!! My fiance would LOVE it!'. So the sales lady told me to sell it to him (outside of the store of course). He looked at it, said it was the most beautiful thing he ever saw *gag, sputter, cough* and he paid for it and went on his way. Can you imagine what his fiance will think when she opens the box I actually feel like I rooked him because I told him the person I bought it for didn't like it (well, that was sort of the truth). Oh well, his problem now (and unfortunately her's).

Well he said he recently got engaged. If he thought that thing was beautiful can you imagine what her ring looks like? She was probably like ' ' when she opened the box.

I should have taken one...the advertisement on TV and in print doesn't do it justice. The stones weren't even 'cloudy' per say, they were flat out GREY!! Some of them were a pee yellow w/HUMUNGO black carbon spots in them. It was two carats of parking lot gravel if you asked me. I was in such a rush and the woman in front of me got one in white gold that looked nice, so I was like 'Go for it' when they called my name. Maybe the white gold hid the flaws better than yellow or maybe it was the lighting or the fact that I wanted to get home before the baby got up. In any case I will NEVER do that again and will be much more selective when buying jewelry.
