who is everyone using for ceremony music?

this is my next major task (i know, i know, how late am i for EVERYTHING?!?!). i'm pretty sure i want a string trio or quartet, or maybe just a solo classical guitar. i've contacted counterpoint and capriccio ensemble - have heard music from capriccio but not yet from counterpoint. capriccio sounds great, but i'm not completely sold yet.

anyone else have any ideas?

Ensemble Champlain ... they're GREAT... (they're a vendor on here) and preformed at the 'wedding of the year'

i've heard that they're great, but they include a flute, and i'm just not so into flute...
