Hey Meghan - we're getting married @ Giorgios, but all my venders are further west. Using M&V for limos, Patken (Doug!!) for photo/video and TGIF is our dj. Where are you guys getting married?

Im getting married at The Vineyard. Im using Imagine Studios, dont know about limos yet, GIT for our DJ, Im still looking into my florist, hair and makeup not sure either, I may use my reg. girl for hair and have someone come to me for make up because I want airbrushing but again Im not sure.

We are getting married at the Land's End. We are using North Island Photography - unbelievable pictures!!! (check them out at www.niphotoinc.com). Using family friend for DJ and my dad's 1967 GTO convertible for transportation. Have not booked florist or hair/makeup yet.

I just FMed you...I am getting married at Sacred Hearts in Southampton and did all the church music through them (including a trumpet player). As for hair and make-up I'm using someone from either Salon 2000 in Westhampton or the woman from the Bath & Tennis (where my reception is). Claire Beane in Whampton is my florist (but Id also recommend Sugar Magnolia, Bayport Flower House and Kim Jon designs). As for transportation, Hampton Hills Limos were are using for shuttle bus and I'm using a co in Massapequa b/c they had a trolley available.

I am getting married at Gurney's Inn and am using the following vendors:
DJ - Spin Around Sound Video - Bellarino Photo - family friend Florist - Kimjon (I think)
I have found that most vendors are willing to travel no matter where they are coming from. Good Luck!

Im using James Cress for florist and most likely Sir Oliver for limos. Hair and make up are being done by family/friend.

I am getting married at Giorgio's as well....I am using Wintermyer Studio's for photography, Sound Choice DJ, and have yet to get my florist. My hair is being done by my usual hairstylist and I haven't decided on makeup person yet.

I am getting married at Majestic Gardens (Rocky Point). My vendors so far are...... Photographer-ADA Studio, Videographer-Couped-Up Productions, DJ-Get in Tune, Flowers-Flowers by Rosemary, and Limos-Probably M&V Limos.

Are you getting excited? Nervous? No, we're not from Southampton but have spent our summers together in Westhampton and I LOVED that church. I could not get married anywhere else after we visited Sacred Hearts.
Is Father Madley marrying you?

Hi: I'm getting married by Father Madley in Sacred Hearts in Southampton and my reception is at Majestic Gardens. I am using Jacqueline Nicole for makeup, hair at Genesis, photos at ADA, Limo is Sir Oliver and the florist is James Cress. Are you having a full mass or just a ceremony? I was wondering what the time difference would be.

Fr Madley is also marrying us - I'm the 3 o;clock bride and having a ceremony only. I believe it will last about 30-40 miniutes as I'm doing 3 readings and maybe a unity candle (only b/c I want an additional song played ). What about you?

Sept - Wild Rose might still be able to do her - it will depend if they booked anyone else yet. They tell me that they can do two a day.

Jennyg- I'm having the 3 readings also and am unsure about the unity candle. When would it be done? I've been to a lot of weddings in the past but really never paid attention to a lot of the details. I think I'm going to do programs too. Do you have suggestions for pictures in case (God forbid) of bad weather? If it's nice, we are going to Agawan Park. However, it's mother's day weekend and it will probably be swarming with kids.

did you meet with joanne at sacred hearts? i forget exactly where the unity candle would go but she knew exactly where it would fit in and had some great song suggestions for this part. Yes, I am doing programs and SonicStef is helping me. They have a picture of the church on the front in B&W - it looks soooo cool!
Ugh - rain....I haven't even thought about a back-up, truthfully. BUt I'm using Verdi for pictures and they've done tons of wedding out in the Hamptons so I would think they'd know better than me. Did you ask your photographer for suggestions?
